How We
We were introduced to each other by my best friend when we were 16 and started dating straight away. We are now 26.
It was a Tuesday and we both had the day off together so I suggested we take a drive out to the hunter valley and have a look around. Once we were out there we came across a beautiful sandstone chapel amongst the grape vines, we couldn't help but have a look. As we were looking around we both commented on what a perfect place this would be to get married in. I started to walk away from the chapel and noticed Jeff was not following so I turned around to find Jeff on one knee with a ring in his hand, he asked me to marry him. I couldn't believe that this was the moment, I was speechless! We got married in the beautiful little chapel 8 months later.
The Wedding
I wore an Ivory Roz la Keline dress with crystal beading down the bodice and a long lace train.
I wore crystal drop earrings and matching crystal bracelet. For the reception I wore a head piece with feathers and crystals.
The Groom
 and Groomsmen's Attire
The boys wore a matching charcoal three piece suit with an ivory tie.
 Dresses & Accessories:
The girls wore a light coloured cream/ivory dress that I found at Diana Ferrari. I came across it and loved it instantly.
We all had white lyssianthus and Singapore orchids with green berries.
 Theme & Colours:
We didn't really have a theme or colour scheme to work towads we just picked what we wanted and it all worked together.
 Venue & Details:
Pepper Creek Chapel and Function Centre, Pokolbin NSW
 Venue & Details:
as above
White stretch Mercedes
We didn't have any bonbonniere. We had a cocktail food reception so no one had a set place to sit, it was relaxed and not so traditional or formal.
We had a crochenbusch covered in toffee and drizzled with dark chocolate and mini cupcakes.
We flew to Carins and hired a car and drove 2 1/2 hours north to Cape Tribulation for 7 nights and then came back down to Palm Cove for 10 nights staying at the Sea Temple.
I surprised my husband and all my guests with a 10min fireworks display which were amazing. everyone was very surprised including Jeff he loved it! Our wedding dance was also special we did the fox trot and jive to 'baby I love Your Way' when we first entered the reception. We danced in front of the fire place which was one of the special features we loved about the reception room.
Advice for
 Brides to Be:
Make sure you take time to enjoy the day other wise it will pass you by so quickly. 'Stop and smell the roses' as they say.
